So, before we get started, if you didn't know, typical Bitcoin/Crypto ponzis are gone in a matter of a few days. Sometimes even the first day! There's a lot of money to be made for the devs, and some for the people. So, I want to make money! I decided to open Game of Bit - the first ever HONEST ponzi - WITH A TWIST! (I figured I'd put "with a twist!"... they all say that.)
But, no, seriously. Game of Bit is a little project I'm working on as a GAMBLING website. Not an INVESTMENT website. Since ponzis say they make money by trading blah blah blah, I figured I'd be completely honest! The ponzi is going to have 2 stages - active and run. Active happens when 3 conditions are met:
1. There was a large enough deposit to cover the last.
2. There was a deposit within the last 60 minutes (check on blockchain.info)
And 3. The last run stage ended more than 20 minutes ago.
Now, what is a run stage?
A run stage happens when someone makes a massive deposit, but, nobody can cover the newest deposit for 1 hour, or there just simply isn't a deposit within the first hour. But, be careful! A run stage can just randomly occur!
If you're starting to piece together what the game is based off, good job. If not, spoilers ahead!
(SPOILER:)
Ponzis close at any time...
But, what about the first day?! How are we supposed to deposit without a run stage immediately happening?! Run stages are disabled for the first 48 hours. Simple as that.
When a run stage happens, at the end of the title in your tab, it will have a little "[R]." This means you shouldn't deposit! If you do, your money will be lost!
Q/A
Q. How often will random run stages happen?
A. Every 2-3 weeks. Not shorter than that.
Q. How do I know if it's not a scam?!
A. Really?...
Q. What happens after a run stage is complete?
A. Good question! Since run stages last for 20 minutes, any Bitcoin deposited will got straight to the wallet, never to be seen again. After the run stage IS complete, though, it'll function as normal. Everything will start fresh!
Q. When is the launch?!
A. I dunno. Soon?
