Hello - I would like to gauge community interest for a healthcare focused defi token targeting expensive healthcare costs (500,000 - 2,000,000 Range). This token would allow users to amortize costs out to a specified period of time as opposed to incurring costs in near term payments or short term notes. The token would initially be less focused on retail micro financing, and more business to business finance solutions, and would use blockchain and smart contract technology to underwrite and track these longer term loans.

Questions
With 80% + defi tokens already created on Ethereum blockchain, is it a no-brainer to go the ERC-20 route, or should other blockchains like Polkadot or Cardano be explored?

Looks like with ICO's, the biggest risk to regulators is whether or not the token has an underlying use case or utility. Are there any other risks to an ICO other than ensuring the token has a use case?

Thanks,
