What do you mean, total number of tokens?
-Total MIT : Investment amount in $ + 4% = 50% of MIT ($1 = 1 MIT) x 2 = 100%.
Example , $250.000 is raised :
The amount in dollar raised in these 2 months + 10k MIT for Klijnsmit Guitars represents 50% of total MIT (Klijnsmit Guitars share of 10.000 MIT is 4% of 250.000 MIT). For example 250.000 MIT + 10.000 MIT = 260.000 MIT (50%) = 520.000 total MIT.

Yes, Musicoin (music).
I have spoken to a team members a few days ago (no reply yet, I assume they are discussing and investigating MIT) because I could see a complementary relationship in my mind between MIT and Musicoin because they focus on service providing and MIT is specifically targeted for hardware.

The connection between a crypto currency and the subject matter is the world adoption. Nobody is waiting for Holebrella Coin, to fund an umbrella for people that like partial wetness.
Yes, MIT has 2 functions :
1: Serve the musical instrument and related products industry
2: Fund the growth Klijnsmit Guitars which is the source of the added value of the buy back program (and value safety net, you would have to be crazy to buy 1 MIT for $1 and then sell it for less then $1 if the buyback is $1.25 minimum per 1 MIT...

why do you need blockchain for this project? how about your past business? what development plans do you have in the future?

The block chain is needed because it is an integral part of the essence of a crypto token (can`t make a crypto without blockchain), MIT is currently not focused on storing data or smart contracts or anything. MIT represents a profit share in a batch of guitars (value protection), MIT and Klijnsmit Guitars will decouple or enter into a new agreement in batch 2 once the buyback has been accepted or rejected. It all depends on the relationship between the proposed buyback value and the current open market value of MIT.

The real announcement is currently 41 pages (yes also nice pictures
), it also contains separate plan of attack for Klijnsmit Guitars as well as a plan of attack for MIT as well as my history, both projects have individual budgets.All will be explained in the real announcement, I am finalizing it as we speak.

I am the CEO of Klijnsmit Guitars and guitar builder with 15 years experience. I made those instruments on the pictures and instagram.
That is where the extra value of the buyback offer is coming from, turning raw materials into musical instruments and selling them at a profit.
