What does REAL SHARE do?

REAL SHARE invests in real estate projects, particularly income generating properties in the Greater Toronto Area.

SIKA is tradeable against NXT and in future BTC. SIKA can increase in value simply by demand. After the initial sale of 50,000 SIKA no additional SIKA will ever be made. SIKA represents REAL buying power in REAL SHARE.

About REAL SHARE Assets

Each REAL SHARE project will have its own non-tradeable asset. Holding these assets represents the holders stake in the project and allows them to receive earnings based off the specs of the project. These projects are available exclusively to SIKA holders.

The most important specifications of the projects themselves will be the length of the project and the projected return. The lengths of the projects could vary from months to years and the returns are expected to be in the range of 8% to 15% over the term. Earnings on these projects will be distributed every 3 months after start.

SIKA used to purchase these assets are held until the end of the investment period or until its original owner places a formal request for a buyback of REAL SHARE assets they hold. A buyback is where the investor will receive SIKA back in exchange for the assets which they will then be able to sell on the open market or directly back to the REAL SHARE program for BTC if liquidity on the market is not favorable.
