The computing power is to be fed by a new software from the mining rigs to the SETI / BIONIC network.
In this software we will pay our token as rewards, if the useless SETI / BIONIC points will continue to be displayed in the SETI / BIONIC profile on the SETI / BIONIC page is still unclear at the moment it depends on if we SETI / BIONIC can convince of a cooperation.
Currently the following senari are conceivable:
1. there will only be one token which will also be indicated by the rewards directly at SETI / BIONIC (instead of the current points)
2. There will be both "tokens" our SETI tokens which are paid out in our software and the SETI / BIONIC points which are officially by SETI / BIONIC but can not be paid or otherwise used.

yes that's correct Gridcoin is a similar project, but gridcoin is based on the proof-of-stake algo, so you get coins on staking. For this reason, we find the project gridcoin in need of improvement, as rewards are only paid for effective calculations, and not only to large buyers who only hold the coins to take profits, who actively support the SETI / BIONIC network.

In our project, we plan to collaborate with SETI@HOME/ Bionic@HOME to support and advance the search for alien life, cancer research and many other interesting and humane projects.
Currently, people donate their computing power to the seti network for the complex calculations and get worthless SETI points which are not tradable.
In our collaboration we want to replace the current points with our SETI TOKENS and thus give the supporters (miners) a greater incentive to donate their power to the network to expand their research,
report faster successes and advance humanity!

What is SETI@HOME/BIONIC@HOME
BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) is a distributed computing infrastructure based on a centralized server that coordinates volunteer computer resources.
Most BOINC projects use volunteer compute resources coordinated by a centralized server where work tasks are also returned when complete. A controlling server for a particular project hands out blocks of work on request, records the results returned and tracks the effort of each participant.
The volunteered resources can come from a variety of types of systems ranging from GPGPU (general-purpose GPU), to multiple powerful CPUs, to the ubiquitous smartphone.
BOINC has been used as the underlying foundation for a number of distributed computing projects.

*SETI@home, which searches space for signals from intelligent life. BOINC was originally created for the SETI project.
*Rosetta@home, which simulates protein formation for disease research.
*Asteroids@home, which performs complex computational analysis of astronomical imagery to find the direction, speed, distance, rotation and other information about asteroids.
*Einstein@home which searches for evidence of continuous gravitational-wave sources, which could identify objects such as spinning non-axisymmetric neutron stars.
The Clean Energy Project, which studies potential materials for the production of renewable energy, used BOINC to find about 36000 compounds that show up to two times better performance than conventional materials.
