The wallets are not released yet. Keep watch for the next 24 to 30 hours. After so many similar cases, I still do not understand how you expect people to send you money when you do not even have a simple web page or a whitepaper (among other things) or information about team members. I really believe that it is a lack of respect for potential "investors".
As I had stated already, the project will run with or without the sale of Masternode slots. Funding for the project is not from the Masternode sale. It has also been stated when the website and the whitepaper would be ready. No one here is forced to invest. It is upto an individual's choice to either buy the coins from the premine to set up a masternode or buy after listing in an exchange or mine the coins. The core team members currently would remain anonymous probably until the company registration in March.

Maybe you should announce when you are planning to start the blockchain, when the wallet will be published and when the mining will begin. At least approximate dates.

With majority of coins with masternode presale not moving, the buying may or may not work, but Spinel will move forward with or without the MN sale. I would also very much like you to create a pool for Spinel once the source code is released.

Introducing Spinel, based on the C11 Algorithm is ASIC resistant favoring GPU mining and will remain ASIC resistant in the future at all times. The wallets and the source code will be released within the next 24 to 48 hours. The wallets are being designed now. A company will be registered in March 2019 and all products / services in the Spinel platform will be managed by the company. The first product/service will be an e-commerce website for both physical and digital products. The roadmap will be constantly updated as we keep completing the milestones with new milestones being added. The Whitepaper will also be released in March 2019 after the company registration. The website is currently under construction and details will be updated before the wallets are released. The explorer will be ready this week.
