I think they mean they have BCH stored offline, from before the shitshow that was ABC vs SV.
I've never really dealt with coins but a simple google search brought up this thread in the altcoin section (which is where BCH belongs)

Im pretty new to all this, but just want to know if they are essentially worth anything or I have missed out?
