I've open account on leupay after some researching. It seems like legitimate service. I have account in two different currencies and got IBAN. Also ordered their Mastercard. It arrived today so now I'm waiting to top it up and see how it's functioning. They don't accept Bitcoins but maybe that will change in the future.

I would like a pre-paid credit card with IBAN (so one that includes also some online account) if possible to be topped with Bitcoin also. I've heard there are cards like this that also have possibility for paychek to be paid on.

Do you have some experiences and which one would you recommend?

I'm using Payoneer myself, had the card delivered to me in 18 days, found it in my letterbox
it has online account and you can top it up using multiple services, direct bitcoin top up is not one of them, sadly
but it does have a US bank IBAN and is accepted in any mastercard compatible ATM
another option is XAPO debit card-you will have to provide scans of your documents, though
they allow bitcoin top ups, read more about the card in their help section

How about you make an account on leupay.eu, it is a fully fonctional bank account, they will provide a MasterCard with high spending rates.
They have IBAN, multi-currency accounts and low fees.

I can buy your coins via Leupay2Leupay [instant transfer] in the currency you want.

This card and the IBAN service sounds interesting. It's pitty they don't support Bitcoin. Is this card available anywhere in.the world or are there some restrictions? Could it be in different fiat values, like Euro, dollar etc?
The one that OP got in the end, Viabuy Master prepaid card, does support IBAN as well as Bitcoin. Which is primarily why she chose it.

@OP,  it's great there's one which has IBAN and BTC as well online account. Are you certain about the 1.5% fees on atm withdraws? That's a bit high, coz the others I've seen usually charge a set fee of $2.5 - $3 , no matter the amount. (Although they don't have IBAN).

Just to share the information that I ordered Viabuy Master prepaid card that has also IBAN and online account. I haven't found any similar card that also supports Bitcoin.
When I get it I should top it with 90 Euro minimum and for the next three years is free of charge. Afterwards it costs 30 Euro per year. They claim that you can receive all sorts of payments, even your paycheck.

30 euro per year it is not little charge (not the worst Wink ), but what about other fees?
When you top up it once with 90 euros, can you withdraw it later or it is this 30e/year that you have to pay anyway?

30 Euro per year you pay only after 3 years using it without charge. For paying online or in stores there are no fees and for ATM cash withdrawal I think that the fee is 1.5%.
But the particularity of this card is IBAN and that is the main reason why I need such card.

Most card companies giving you an online bank account with IBAN do not have a bitcoin option. You have to register with two separate firms for that.

Coinizy.com has PayPal to bitcoin card option and Payoneer gives you an online bank account with IBAN.

I'd recommend Uquid because with Uquid, you can use the cards anywhere in the world and it works with paypal. It takes up to 1 hour form what I have seen so far for Uquid to confirm a deposit though.

Cant remember if the online services like circle or xapo provide a iban.

A hard way could be to order a visa card with a iban included.
You can wire your btc to a bank account with www.bitwa.la

You may try studying these prepaid credit card companies/product to choose a right one :

1. http://ptshamrock.com/15k-atm.html
2. Rax Webmoney ATM Debit Card with IBAN
3. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Karta-VISA-PREPAID-Anonymous-Card-mBank_50001347395.html

I haven't tried the above prepaid cards but I used to own a Xapo debit card earlier which was good but quite expensive. These above websites charge different rates and hence you can check the same.

I use Cryptopay Bitcoin Debit Card (pre-paid) without problems, but i always make there only Bitcoin deposits. There is option to make deposits in Euro, Dollars and British Pound, so i think that they have to provide IBAN. But to make bank deposit you have to verify your bank account.

Hmmm...no experiences from other members? Any other card? Somehow I expected that people have some choices to suggest.
I've managed to find Viabuy card, they have IBAN with online account but they don't support the Bitcoin. Maybe someone has used it?

I think payoneer also provides IBAN number however even i have payoneer card myself don't have much experience using them or deposited via IBAN but for sure they don't support deposit via bitcoin.

There are several bitcoin debit card providers and i like cryptopay.me as i also use them for most of the online shopping, easily paired with my paypal. You can check other debit card providers here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/2017-bitcoin-debit-card-reviews-1410577 but i doubt any of those providers give you IBAN number.
