On the other hand, the German and French leagues would be a very good choice for Harry Kane. Because I think the difficulty level of these two leagues is slightly below the Premier League. If Harry Kane transfers to PSG or Bayern Munich he will never have any difficulties.

No, the club didn't have any malicious intentions towards Harry Kane by asking a high price for him. Instead they were trying to protect their own best interests. That is the most normal thing in the world and Harry Kane signed a long lasting contract with them for a reason. Insinuating that they did it to take away the chance from Harry Kane to win titles is like turning facts upside down. They knew that if they wanted to have a chance, there is no other way but to keep Harry Kane in their team.

Yeah actually some might think twice about it but its not fixed that he needs to be sold at 100m Euro or something. Yeah Spurs might think of that way but we have seen lot of players pressurizing the club for a move and club accepting bids below their valuation. Its possible that Spurs might go for a bid below 100m Euro if Kane has agreed with some other clubs and is desperate to join them or leave Spurs. Well right now most likely scenario is that Kane will continue at Spurs. He seems like not a kind of guy to ditch the club who developed him. Hopefully that mentality changes soon if he were to win a trophy.

With Kane's indecisiveness like this time it actually made Tottenham Hotspur feel comfortable and with this being used as a momentum for them aside from paying a high enough price, this also made them seem reassured that Kane would not leave.

There have been many big clubs that really wanted to bring him in but in the end this had to end in disappointment but even so, it seems that several big clubs like Manchester United or Bayern have still not given up on bringing in Kane this summer, it's just that 100 million is still the release clause. a huge scourge and Tottenham still don't want to reduce the price.
