It's legal to sell your stuff in exchange for bitcoin, question is how legal OP's prepaid card were?Since OP says we can specify the amount the card has I'm gonna bet its manually loaded from his bank account/money.
Since OP is a newbie, his balance could be gained from illegal means or just a bogus service.
Can you @OP prove that your prepaid card were loaded with money legally?
