Buy a prepaid visa that allows you to register a street address, eg simon malls or gift2go.  (Not Vanilla Visa)  Go to the website and register an address.  If you use a fake address, make sure the city, state, zip match.

Go to paypal.com and make a new account.  Enter the same address, and it will verify it.  With a new paypal account you will have a limit of $2000, but you can send money internationally.

Keep the card number that you used to open the paypal account.  You will need it if you want to close the account.

This is a somewhat expensive way to send money, as paypal will add a 2.5% fee to any currency conversion.  That is on top of their usual 2.9% fee.  In most cases it's better to send bitcoins, as you can usually find ways to cash out bitcoins for less than 5.4%, but I've used this method with people who didn't want bitcoins for whatever reason.

I'm thinking that if I get a Greendot, it will load and be spendable until my official card comes through. So if I can find someone to sell me a MoneyPak, which I think I have, then I'll be set.

Fingers crossed.

In the OTC I remember there being people who sold for -5%+.  Undecided
The ones I've seen being sold below mtgox turned out to be stolen cc numbers.

Well that is tough.  Due to AML KYC junk most prepaid (no reloadable) cards purchased in the US will not work with international merchants.    Even international prepaid cards are hit or miss when used online.  Most non-reloadable prepaids dont' give you any way to provide address information so the AVS security check will always fail and many online merchants auto-reject cards which fail AVS.

No, you can buy a Moneypak from a store and credit it to your PayPal account. No pre-existing card or mail needed.

Thanks for all the replies.

I don't have a Paypal account, that's why I need a card that works with it. For instance, I bought a prepaid from Glooboy that got denied by Paypal and Moneybookers alike. I didn't get a refund because he never said they would work with those sites  Roll Eyes.  I'm specifying the site I need the card for this time so history does not repeat itself.

How about moneypak? Couldn't that be added as account credit?

I think I would need to have a pre-existing prepaid to use moneypak. This is also a timely issue so I cannot wait for them to mail me a card.

You can use a MoneyPak to directly load the balance of a PayPal account.

I don't think anyone (legit) is going to take below spot.  I mean what they are doing the work for free?  To be nice?  Lots of scammers likely will give you amazingly good deals though.

I want to buy a prepaid card that I can use with Paypal to send money out of the US. This means Vanilla Visa's and others of that like won't work. I saw some people doing a service like this but can no longer locate their whereabouts.

Let me know if you can do it. I need $500 and I'm paying via BTC.

Thank you
