Do you have any secure payment gateway? I don't wanna share card numbers with you.

Sorry, no.

Even if I had I wouldn't take them that way.

Only if you give me card number, and I empty the card in full, and you never use it again. You'd also have to send me a photo of the card and a scan of the card-carrier (the piece of paper the card comes with), and a signed permission to charge the card and that you won't do a charge-back.

Try through Liqpay - if you have a polish mobile phone number (can buy on Allegro.pl) AND IP address (can be from TOR) to go with it.

https://bitcoin-24.com/ takes cards through Liqpay.

I have daily limit 500 polish zlotys (PLN). 500 Polish zloty = 144.8605 U.S. dollars. How many BTC can i get, and who can do this?

Try Liqpay, as long as you have a polish phone # to go with the card, and you can log in somewhere to check the tiny blocked fee they temporary put on it for verification it'll work. Try btc-e.com they take cards through liqpay

Somebody can do that? I'm not interesting in sending prepaid debit card by mail.

So you have 500 PLN on the card or how much exactly?

Do you have an account on https://bitmarket.eu/market/PLN  to use for escrow?

My offer is 20 coins for the 500 PLN card number.

If this is a VISA card from Bank Zachodni WBK, the 500 zł will be actually about 136.50 USD at the moment.

How did I calculate that?

Go to http://corporate.visa.com/pd/consumer_services/consumer_ex_results.jsp
Choose "My Card Is In" EUR
Enter Bank Fee: 2.8%
My Transaction Was In: USD

You get 1 United States Dollar = 0.821153 Euro

Then go to http://indywidualni.bzwbk.pl/przewodniki/kursy-walut/kursy-walut-bank-zachodni-wbk-przewodnik.html
take rate from row Euro, in column "Sprzedaż". That's 4.4609 at the moment.

Do a calculation: 500 / 0.821153  / 4.4609 = 136.4971025716

Why like that?
Foreign transactions on this card are first converted by Visa to EUR, and then by the bank from EUR to PLN, adding a 2.8% conversion fee (not applied when transaction is in EUR).

500 PLN is 144.7805 USD at mean rate at the moment, so spending USD (or any currency other then PLN or EUR) will make you a 5.72% loss on all the currency conversions:

1 - (136.4971025716 / 144.7805) = 0.0572134882

The limits actually are:
http://prepaid.bzwbk.pl/karty-z-doladowaniem/limity.html

Single transaction limit: 500 PLN
Daily cash withdrawal limit: 500 PLN (if you have a physical one, there are also virtual ones)
Max yearly turnover on the card: 10 000 PLN
Max balance at any moment: 3000 PLN

Its very unlikely that you have a different card then I am talking about - BZWBK issues them under lots of brands, but all have the same rates and limits.

Fee to withdraw from an ATM outside Poland is 10 PLN.

If this is a MasterCard from Bank Zachodni WBK, it'll be similar, but using MasterCard exchange rates here: https://www.mastercard.com/global/currencyconversion/index.html
(of course select base currency EUR, not PLN, and then convert EUR to PLN with BZWBK rates) and without the 2.8%, so it'll be better rate.

And of course you can do a chargeback on this card, but chargebacks are not taken as lightly in Poland as in US, and you have to have quite some proof of non-delivery of the goods or services paid by the card.

Hello,
I have monthly some money on my prepaid debit cards. I want to exchange it into BTC. I know there is much fraud with credit cards, but it's prepaid. No way to fraud or chargebacks...

Who can do this? Any way?

Get-Bitcoin will accept your prepaid debit card as payment towards purchase of bitcoins:

Here's a site where you can purchase bitcoins using credit card:
 - http://www.quickbitcoins.net (They are new, and I know nothing about them, so keep that in mind.)

MiniBits is back, if you want to nibble away at the balance:
 - http://minibits.weebly.com (at the moment they are "out of stock" though)

Depending on the bank issuing the debitcard it is still able to chargeback due to fraud. Banks allow chargeback on all "cash" issued cards wether its credit based or debit based, theft is theft.

Depends, I don't see any chargeback feature on my payoneer debit card Wink

I also got payoneer from 2checkout and it is possible to get chargeback due to fraud via 2checkout channels similar to how you would lodge it at a bank directly.

There was one site that was offering this kind of service. They handled it by requiring that you physically mail them the debit card.

Sure, post amounts you have on each card, card currency, and how many BTC you want for it.

It all depends on the amount and rates.

Posting like this without rates is like posting "I have a car to sell, anyone wanna buy a car?"
