What kind of "project manager" are you referring to? I'm getting a hunch that you actually wanted to become a "bounty manager" for an upcoming ICO projects if I look at your post history.
Btw, there are many kinds of managers in ICO project, community manager, bounty manager, project development manager and so on. So, which one do you mean by "participate"?

Hallo All. I would like to participate on a project in blockchain/ICO. What should I know? How can I start to build myself?
What's your background? Are you an expert coder? How many (computing) languages do you know, and what's your level of expertise in each of them?
Speaking of Project Management, what are your relevant formal qualifications? Do you have any hands-on PM experience, preferably in an IT context?
You need to add your resume to any such post you make. Else, there's no way to evaluate your capabilities.
