.. lets update you.. and other readers

1. you have no clue.. you have fantasy but you have no real clue on how things work
your designs dont even pass the lowest bar of architecture design.
they lay out of your properties and the communal living style is just wrong in so many ways
you have no construction experience nor any real estate experience

2. its nice to have a fantasy and a dream.. but dont pretend that your about to start construction and are ready to seek investment.
your CGI videos dont even reach the bottom line requirement of proof of concept. nor detail that a construction company can follow.

please dont try advertising an investment scheme because you will just be outed as a scammer.

3. even a 15yo can do a better ob at designing a fantasy city than what you have produced.

4. ok i admitted in (2) its nice to have a fantasy. but i must emphasise the seeking investment for a fantasy that doesnt have the fundamentals of any chance of even beginning in the real world WILL be treated as a scam

.. ill give you a little hint. construction is cheap. but to get land and then all the licences and then all the permits and then hire a crew and then get utilities plumbed/wired in.. is the biggest flaw that you have not shown any knowledge of real world costs
just making up numbers would make a good story. but wont make a project

waste your time on something real
