Where servers are located and how to deal with requests for Governments and other regulators.
There are no VPN that does not save log traffic but they ensure that they get rid of them to the user or at least take their own destruction.

Generally, all new VPN services need to prove they does not record log, how will you prove to your customers? also your version of jquery will increase concerns.
