Only a yobit staff can solve your problem and sad to say the staff from yobit here is barely around and I doubt he entertains users who sents him a PM furthermore it seems you can't also get ahold of them through their twitter so your only way to contact them is through their support. It can take a while but you have no choice but to wait  Cry.

12.02.2018 I hade a massage about the wrong withdrawal of funds,after that i made a cancellation by reference from the mailbox and turn to freeze my acount to be safe on Yobit. The money come back.I want to make unfreeze my acount(Your account is freezed.Access to some actions is limited..)
