chaos = entropy.
Crypto Entropy Cards won't make sense, he also written it with uppercase first characters so it must be a name/brand.
And there's a "Crypto Chaos Cards" online when you google search the name (badly advertised per description).

chaos = entropy so i'm thinking this is badly translated and he really does mean his seed mnemonic.

I've never heard this Crypto Chaos Cards it seems a deck of cards with a mnemonic word per card.

If you correctly save your seed/Mnemonic words or if the order of your cards is correct you can recover your old wallet generated from Electrum.

The right way to recover your wallet is already posted above posted by HCP. Just make sure that the order of your cards is correct if not then you will get a different wallet.

Do you know your seed words? Go to the installer and put in something like wallet_backup and say you already have a seed and put the words in as if you were initially setting up the wallet.

I haven't heard of those cards but I assume you know how to do it?

My computer crashed, know a new computer.  so today I download Electrum but immediately on install it request a password.
If you started Electrum, and it immediately asked for a password, then it found an already existing wallet file to open.

When you say "a new computer" where did you get this computer from? Huh Was it brand new from a store? an old computer that you already had? borrowed from a friend? Huh

If you want to restore your old "account" (i think you mean wallet)... then when you see the password screen... change the wallet name to something else like "RecoveredWallet" and click next:

Electrum will tell you the file does not exist and to press next to create it:

You can then restore it using the "Standard Wallet -> I already have a seed" option:

I'm sorry, but what the hell are Crypto Chaos Cards?
Seems to be some sort of mnemonic "encryption" system... Huh

If it's some twisted way of naming the "seed" you have to:

Create a new wallet
Select "standar wallet"
I already have a seed
Type your seed

If you do that, I'd reccomend that you move your funds to a new wallet, because the seed of the recovered wallet can't be considered safe anymore

I have saved my password and Crypto Chaos Cards.

My computer crashed, know a new computer.  so today I download Electrum but immediately on install it request a password.

how to access an old account ?    the installer appears linear in approach, only  allows you to create and new password and copy down the new Crypto Chaos Cards.

Really confused why I copy down Crypto Chaos Cards if I cannot even sign in with it again!!

how do I gain access to my account, I not interested in creating a new one.
