seems like it, it just need a little push and we are already way past the all time high, as many have predicted, every cycle the base price of bitcoin is becoming higher and higher last time we see sub $20k this time probably we won't see that anymore heck even $30k is probably gonna be the lowest or the bottom if we finally hit bearish, but at bullish like this since we aren't even halfway into bullish we already have bitcoin priced around $60k.
i think its only plausible to say that we definitely gonna be seeing $100k this time around just wait, the previous bullrun we could've reached that price if not because certain companies and certain coin collapsing due to certain occurrences but too bad there's no preventing on that, but this time around we will see bitcoin reaching $100k.
history says that everytime we see bitcoin having bullrun it always break through previous all time high, im definitely still gonna be investing my money into bitcoin side chain thats gonna be releasing these days.
the only plausible and logic investment to make at this point.

Buddy, your statement is not valid, should call it "Could we achieve previous ATH before halving "because your statement doesn't make any sense, At first glance I was unable to figure out what OP you are trying to say, but after repeating it a couple of time I was able to get what you are actually trying to say or ask.

In my view first of bro, we are already in BULL run if you meant what you've wrote, on what I've got from it, ATH is possible before the Halving, because it's not a big deal to cover a 6k surge in a few weeks of march, what I'm highly expecting based on my mentors and seniors thoughts and my own guts is that ATH is possible at the end of march.  Its crypto market a decent correction from here is also possible because it a straight up so far, and after ATh or before still one healthy correction is pending and I'm currently preparing a portfolio to buy that opportunity.

The general cryptocurrency market have witnessed a surge lately,  and from what we have seen so far it is clear that we are beginning to move into the bull market area proper and at that we shouldn't make the mistake of not taking the right steps at the right time,  by holding the right coins and not to get tempted to exchange our coins due to constant uptrend change in price of most coins with Bitcoin taking the lead..

Although we have not recorded a new all time high since this current market trend started,  but we a re near that benchmark now and anything from this point we may break that record and set a new record of all time market before or after the next Bitcoin halving.

Hey all have been hearing some people saying is bull run and some post over here have been saying we are not yet in bull run so I was mean to asked when exactly do we expect bull run if now is not yet the period. Then lastly does it mean we must achieved the previous ATH before we can say we have entered main bull run, since lots of people keeps saying bull run already started.
Anyone still doubting if we are in bull run may likely not know what bull run is. Bitcoin is close to breaking the all time high, so are some altcoins, all recovering from very dip lows yet someone will still doubt if that is bull run? I think such person have to revisit his notes to understand what qualifies as bull market and what doesn't.

We have been in bull run since last year with lost of the popular altcoins growing over 300% already. It will be very bad if such a person is not yet already in the market and hoping to see signs that the market is bullish before entering.

I was pushed to asked when exactly do expect the bull run?
Like I can see ETH and BNB doing very well..
Bull run is already happening and I am surprised you did not notice. According to you, ETH and BNB are already doing so well, that is supposed to tell you that we are in bull run already because that is the only period it is possible .

After the halving when bitcoin will break its previous ATH and create a new one. There isn't any official start of the bull run but i think it already started in November 2023, when the top utility based project started rallying upward from their ATL. It started with SOL, ATOM, INJ staking airdrop and still the rally continues. The month of February 2024 shows the strongest comeback in one month. There was only one time before when bitcoin price increased by $20,000 in one month.

The current situation is enough to say that we are bullish already. Maybe we could think about new ATH as surely this will appear in our mind but granting the 4-year cycle of the market, I'm not expecting a new ATH in ETH this year but that was possible next year. Even though we see an impressive market price growth of ETH and break the 2021 ATH, it doesn't mean that's it because we are not even sure if it will increase more next year. Have to think that market movement is unpredictable. We have nothing to expect this time other than seeing the market price increase that even shitcoins will pump just like in the past bull season.

Bitcoin is so close to getting a new ATH but for now it seems it's having a little sideways movement but I believe it will continue to appreciate in value. The Ethereum network price is also in the run with Bitcoin and it will soon get to its ATH currently the price of Bitcoin is &61+k and hopefully before the end of this month it will beat it's all time high. There is still opportunity for newbies to still get into the market and hold for long term to reap a beautiful profit, it's never too late to start holding or accumulating more.

Bitcoin price has been hovering between $63k -$60k for two days, I think we have entered the beginning of a bull market. Bitcoin is very close to capturing its past all-time high. Altcoins like Ethereum and BNB have seen price upswings along with Bitcoin price rises. Ethereum and BNB have pumped up a lot as Bitcoin has risen in value. For now, I'm just going to keep holdling along and patiently wait for the bullrun. I believe in the potential of bitcoin, usually a few months after the bitcoin halving I am sure it will reach an estimated $100k ATH in the near future.

I think that the idea of halving and bull run is largely associated to bitcoin, but it seems that altcoins are also enjoying from these things. There's no how bitcoin will move and leave altcoins behind.
For the question of bull and ATH, it has always been that halving brings in bull run which achieves a new ATH. But this time around, things could change because there are some notable changes in the fundamentals of cryptocurrency such as the ETF approval. That is a big wind no matter how we tend to see it.
If we talk about halving here, then we must first base on Bitcoin.
We first base to Bitcoin since halving is only for Bitcoin. To answer the question: most of the Bitcoin block halvings, like before. We always see high price action of Bitcoin, we can't say they are all all-time highs but the price always pumping before block halving of Bitcoin.
Then most altcoins follow Bitcoin after Bitcoin pumps.
Yes, almost all the cryptocurrency terminologies emanated because of bitcoin. Terms such as HODLING, FOMO, FUD, HALVING and the rest of them. But these terms are also affecting altcoins, but the major effect is still on bitcoin.

Talking about Op, bitcoin price is at 56 now which is a few distance to 69 (ATH). It seems that history is gonna change from here.

By looking at today's BTC price at 62k to reach the old ATH I think it is not difficult in the first week of March, but unfortunately altcoins haven't changed much in price, but this doesn't rule out the possibility that the top altcoins will follow BTC later. although it's a bit far to start eth and BNB will definitely have a new ATH this season.

By bull market we basically mean the creation of new ATH in the market. The pumping market we are currently seeing may be a bull market. When a bull market begins, the market will be at an all-time high. But we can see it few months after bitcoin halving so we will wait few months for bull market after halving. The bull market is not far away and the bull run will begin in a few days.

Bitcoin has gain more potential and has become more widely spread and adoption making a surg before the halving, there is an uncertainty as per when the bull run will began it can only be speculated and never be predicted and this should come somewhere after the halving this year, however the previous ATH must be attained before the full bull run will occur.

I belive that thing. Bitcoin is creating something special, Now touching 57k$ and the previous ATH was 69k$, while there are nearly 50 days until the halving, will bitcoin reach the ath before the halving as an exceptional historical milestone? because bitcoin usually generates ath approximately 1 year after halving. well, it is certainly creating something exciting that we can look forward to.
Previously, a few days ago, it almost passed $64K, but now it has dropped to $61K and this seems to be stagnant in the price area here. Perhaps with the remaining time available before the halving period, there could be a surprise that the 2021 ATH will be passed first, but passing is not will be the last ATH, because the prediction is the same as you said, it will happen in 2025 whether at the beginning or where it cannot be predicted correctly.
Agreed, this is something interesting, and we will wait for what other surprises Bitcoin will create.

Well, for me, I would say that, basically, we are not in the bull run just yet, the current price increase of bitcoin is still an effect of the bitcoin spot ETF that was approved last month being January, there are alot of big money coming into the market due to the bitcoin spot ETF that is now available to US citizens.

Majorly, I am personally expecting that we will hit a major bull run starting from October this year, which should run all through this year to around February and March of next year, This is my personal speculation.
And as for whether bitcoin will record a new all time high before halving takes place?, well, it may likly happen, but this is if the market continues to grow as it is doing right now, else, I wound say that, we may likely see a new all time high after halving have come and gone..

I think most people are saying that this is just either the start of the bullrun or not yet close to the end of the bull run. I think most people are equating the bullrun to BTC reaching its past ATh at the minimum before ith as considered to be a "start", but considering we're up by 30% the past month already and a couple of thousand away from said ATH with no signs of stopping or calming down, I think it's safe to say that we're in the start at the very least of the bullrun.

I'd say we'd be seeing a lot more impact a few more months later though since I expect a lot more increase in price half a year after the halving itself. As for alts, I think the big ones at the very least have seen some very positive growth, like ETH.

Convinced by meme coins? Isn't that a considerable risk, even if the market is in a bullish state you will not easily benefit from memecoins, let alone that it is just a new memecoin. ETH is still at $3000 and this is still the beginning for ETH and Bitcoin will soon reach a new ATH. don't believe too much in untrusted memecoins, if you like memecoins, DOGE and SHIBA are the only way.
If we want to mentions names, there's enough to mention but we should be careful when picking choice in the market. Memecoins are mainly the coins that actually makes huge pumps in the market, I've come in encounter with most of these promising projects and giving up on them is not among the plan, instead I'm ready to shoot my best shot at them, fully in to complete their tasks and do the necessary actions by bagging more of them for the purpose to stick in milking the system. We can only benefits from the market when we enter into good position on trading, and making the solid investment in the market.

Top meme coins are also my choice and the rest is just riding the hype.
If you want to be more safe then better to play big and choose the top coins because sooner or later they will hit their ATH and that is the best time for you to either to take profit or to hold more. Don’t risk all your money with memecoins, allow a budget that you can afford to take the risk and lose.

i'm sure we are already in bull run. you can see the prices of coins are already up. BTC is $56K, only 4k left and we hit the previous ATH. if you bought BTC below $30k last year, you can already feel how safe your capital is.

bull run usually boosts after halving but this time seems different and this could be because of the investor's speculation to hit way above $100k as institutions are coming into crypto. you can wait til there is a correction probably in the next few weeks or a month to buy but after halving, i think green candles could go way higher.

Its possible that we would exceed last ATH else how can we really grade a good bull run if it doesn't hit its last ATH, bull run is like a mega up trend when the marker keeps on buying and the price keeps going up because of demand, so I think if the demand is very high the bulk run has started cause that's the fuel of the bull run.

ETH and BNB are actually my akt favourite for this bull run although I'm not investing in any of them I think they would both do well, ETH is already reaching 3k and that should be a good sign that it would exceed its last price and maybe reach 4k or 5k thsi year.

Bitcoin price does not have to get to its previous ATH before you believe we are in a bull run for the present/current cycle, mind you that the Bitcoin bull run started a long time ago, and the price will continue to rise until it surpasses the previous ATH and reaches its full value for this current cycle, that is when the price will gradually start falling until we welcome the bear season.

Having said that, altcoins mostly move with the price of Bitcoin, so as Bitcoin price is rising now, they have also started rising and if Bitcoin price falls, their price also falls.

First of all, it is not really necessary for a new ATH to be formed during a bull run. It is just that most people believe that the upcoming halving event, which probably will happen during the summer, will trigger the creation of new ATH. We are seeing positive uprise in the market but I think a bull run will be much busier. Although, a bull run can also be slow.

Whether we are already in the bull run or not, for sure bitcoin and along with it the altcoins will all increase in price in the next following months.

you created this thread yesterday and Today Bitcoin has gained its prices and reached the level of $57k by today Bitcoin is gaining its price day by day and rapidly and going unstoppable as we all know that halving event is very close yet and besides this increasing its value and very near or Last time all time-high. Bitcoin may make some correction in the coming months near the halving event where the market will trap and liquidate a lot of traders due to a sudden crash. DYOR.

The market is very close to New All-time high I do not know why it seems like Bitcoin can create its all-time new high in the next month which is March although it is just a prediction so this is not so accurate other than that we have to wait and watch marker movement to see what will happen in the near coming future. What do you guys think can Bitcoin create its all-time new high before halving or in the next month?

Most likely that would be the case because as we can see right now, the BTC price is not low it is already been increasing for the past few months since last year and when it reached another +$10k addition, you can tell it's a semi-bull run and then it will probably be followed up with another price increase this year since Bitcoin Halving is also happening this time where most investors anticipated and speculated for the price to further increase caused by this year's event. So in order to affirm another bull run, it should be increased by a huge amount from its past price which we witnessed back then when the price of bitcoins where already less than $20k but today it has already more than doubled that.

Op you can check this https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63723222 to see if really this is BullRun or still in the introduction to the BullRun. Yesterday the way bitcoin bump was marvelous to many and today again it is still increasing. And to cut the long story short we are in the BullRun and we no going to the halving and we all know that after the halving then we will enter the ATH then after the ATH, we will enter into another strong dip again and those who are wise will buy bitcoin again and hodle it for the next bull market.

After the previous ATH then bitcoin or the cryptocurrency market will be another All Time High again and not a bull market. Because the previous All Time High was $69k and once the price of bitcoin surpassed the $69k then it is another All Time High and not a bull market. It is when the price is close to the previous All Time High then it becomes the BullRun. Therefore we are now in the BullRun.

I was pushed to asked when exactly do expect the bull run?
We're already in it. I know most people are waiting for it after halving. The days after halving, I expect the market to dump as those who bought early this year or before it are likely going to be taking profit to rebuy for much quantities later. That dump will cause many to FUD. Don't panic when that begins to happen.

Although Bitcoin price has significantly increased from what it was last year, but from what I've yet observation it's after halving that the main bull run will gradually start to happen, until it eventually reaches it's ATH.
The months after halving is the era most people look at for the bull run. Sadly, that's when things begin to heat up and the market begins to go gaga. So much noise in the market during such time. For me, I've come to note that the bull run starts a year before halving and goes into a year after halving (this is where we expect a fresh ATH, 2025). If you check the calendar, halving is more than a month to its time now (April) but we're already experiencing a bull moment. Bitcoin is trading above $56k ATM. That's less than $14k of its current ATH. Who knows, we might get a new record before April the way price is shooting up.

For crypto a bull run is breaking previous all time high by most of the coins. For such bull to arrive, crypto market goes through a few rapid rises and stabilization before making the ultimate run. The price rise of bitcoin from below 20K to 30K+, stabilization, to 40K+ stabilization and now the price may stabilize somewhere near 60K, which gives time for people to accumulate the ultimate sudden bull run that would probably go over 120K. And when the price reaches at top, the fall is also sudden which do stabilize above the last bears low. So, we may say we are already in a bull as buying at current price and not able to sell high could make you lose when the bull falls.

We seem to be entering the initial stages of bull market, with Bitcoin reaching above $57,000 this morning, just $10,000 below its all time high (ATH). By my simple definition of bull market, it occurs, when price of any assets stays above it 200 Daily Moving Average (DMA for more than two weeks, based on this, it apperas that we are in a bullish market. My intuition tells me that we might witness new ATH in the coming month of March.

4000 dollars remaining to beat the all time high for bitcoin. What other conviction do we need as an investor to understand that the bull run is here. It seems there will be a lot of person that will be ignorant of the fact that the market is going to the greener side and soon it will cost a lot to be able to invest in bitcoin and other altcoins. The only coin that are easily comfortable and affordable to buy are the meme coins.

Then lastly does it mean we must achieved the previous ATH before we can say we have entered main bull run, since lots of people keeps saying bull run already started.
I was pushed to asked when exactly do expect the bull run?
Like I can see ETH and BNB doing very well..
The exact answer can only be known way after the fact, without a doubt we are experimenting a bullish tendency, but is this the bull run we have waited for several years now? No one really knows, because it is entirely possible we could see a drop during the subsequent months which could easily reverse the current trend, this is what makes trading so difficult as even under the current market conditions, there is no way to be sure about the answer to such an elemental question.

this is also new to me like what have been asked in bitcoin.
and also the chart now is showing another Bullrun this day and there are some says this is the start of the breaking of ATH before bitcoin halving.

Being the first bull run that I'll be experiencing, I've often asked myself that question about when is the actual bull run will happening, because from my observation there's no specific date to it, although I don't worry myself about it because the important thing is to keep hodling till price hopefully reaches the estimated $100k ATH. Although Bitcoin price has significantly increased from what it was last year, but from what I've yet observation it's after halving that the main bull run will gradually start to happen, until it eventually reaches it's ATH.

It's hard to know TBH.
Some might say that it's happening already because we have seen a price surge since the start of 2024. Some might say that it will only happen after the halving event. Some might even say that it's a few months after the halving event, and so on.

As for me, this price surge is being caused by the investors who are afraid to be left on the train when the bull run comes. Yes, I don't believe that we are in a bull run already, and I will only say that we are in a bull run 6 months after the halving event. It will depend on how Bitcoin moves in those 6 months. Historically, the price of Bitcoin goes up a few months after the event, and there's a high chance that we might see it again this year, but always ready in case the opposite happens.

ETH and BNB are doing very well already, and BTC is the primary reason why those 2 altcoins are going up in price this year. As for your question, some altcoins achieve their previous ATH even before the bull run. I can't say any token aside from SEI, but with Bitcoin, TBH we might see it surpassing it's previous ATH now that we are seeing its price surging again, and currently at the $56,000-$57,000 price range. I already said that it might not surpassed before the halving event, but I will not be surprised if it does. Smiley After all, we're the ones that will be happy if that happens.

What we are witnessing is a small bull run because of Bitcoin ETF. As Bitcoin dominates the market such a small upward surge in Bitcoin price causes the market to go into green. This can be considered as a small bull run but when the actual bull run comes the price spike would be bigger and it continues for some days. The actual bull run would come after halving and that will be much bigger than what you are witnessing now. After this small increase in price we would encounter profit booking which is take down the gains that we are witnessing today.

What I understand is that a bull run is a situation where most prices of crypto or other things rise at almost the same time, and have also recovered since the bear market occurred. Many say that currently a bull run has started to occur, and the proof is that many crypto prices are rising. However, it is very difficult to describe it precisely because sometimes people assume that the bull run they are targeting is not what it is today. However, we cannot target that the bull run will start when a coin starts to reach a new ATH, because that may only happen once in a few years, or maybe even longer. However, conditions when the market has come out of the bear market, and the dominant has risen, I think at that time a bull market has occurred.

For me, a bull run typically occurs a few months after the bitcoin halving. This is because of the effect of reduced supply and increased demand, which drives up the price of bitcoin and also pushes up the prices of some altcoins. Currently, due to the pumps happening in the market, i can't definitively say that this marks the beginning of a bull run when compared to btc historical charts. However, the market dynamics may be different this time, possibly influenced by the SEC approval of a bitcoin spot ETF, so it's possible that the bull run is already underway.

No one can say for sure when it might happen - it's not an exact science.  We likely won't just wake up one morning right back at the peak.  More probable is a gradual climb built on a bunch of smaller steps and  rather than buying into any hype, do your own homework so you can make informed choices that are right for you.

According to history of Bitcoin, there is always a pre bull run before the halving, and after the halving come price correction, and then the expected bull run as usual. So his year might not be an exception to what has been going on for years, so hopefully we are still in the pre-halving bull run, and with the current price of Bitcoin and some altcoins, it's possible they might hit their ATH before the halving, because we are currently in a bullish trend. Now is the time to accumulate more and prepare for the bull run after the halving.

To be sincere we were already in the bull run since last year, bull is when the market moves up in price for a period of time and since last year we have been having the price of bitcoin moving up as well as Altcoins with just little corrections in between this pumps and this how a bull run is defined, you don’t need to have to beat the price ATH before it is termed so.

Both ETH and BNB, and some  are layer 1 coins follow bitcoin movement and as such they should be doing well since bitcoin is also doing well. The ETH has been almost 100% percent up since the start of last year, of this doesn’t signifies bull run then I don’t know what it does

I've been seeing different opinions on whether we're in a bull run for bitcoin or not.  Some folks are confident we're riding high on a wave of profits, while others think this is just a temporary spike before another crash.  Me personally? I dont think anyone can predict these cycles with accuracy.

Sure, there are usually certain market conditions and events that signal when sentiment and prices may start trending up.  But crypto is notoriously volatile and moves to its own beat.  so rather than trying to call the precise start or end date of a bull run I'm just keeping a close eye on market indicators day-to-day. If prices start consistently hitting higher highs, trade volumes increase, and headlines turn more positive? Well those are all clues we may be off to the races!

Well a lot of major coins are rising means a pretty good sentiment. Its like were few thousands away from reaching bitcoins ATH again, but what does this tell us are we gonna make a new ATH and possible another price discovery for bitcoin and some alts or this will end sooner than we anticipated. Well its a hard question which nobody can literally answer accurately.

I think I have answered similar question on the bitcoin discussion section about when exactly does bull run starts, the previous ATH needs to be reached before we can say bull run has started, there are some people who bought at the previous ATH and are running lost so people like this needs to recover their lost meaning after the previous price level has been touched and crosses we can say bull run has started. Although there are other exemption whereby the previous ATH has been touched and crosses without getting to halving at this point we can say is bull run, until halving finished from history we can say bull run has started automatically.

It is recommended to continue doing research and also looking for accurate information because the market is not easy to predict and anything can happen due to several factors that we may not know beforehand.
And as many people say, the next halving will happen, although it is easy to predict because we have all read the tracks. However, the most important thing is to do your own research and be active.
In my opinion, signs of a bull run can be said to exist because the market tends to rise even though there is a slowdown. However, before reaching the highest price there will definitely be a decline or correction and rise again, and only time will determine when the bullrun will actually occur and reach the highest price.

What we see right now indicates that we're at the start of the bull run. Once the halving is done, you can say that it actually has started. But with the recent surge of Bitcoin and other altcoins, you can just simply accept that we're in an actual bull run now.
Whether people say that it's not yet, you believe what you think is right because this debate isn't even important if we're there yet or not as long as you've come prepared.

I don't think we can give an accurate answer as when will bull run start but we can say that it should take place somewhere in 2025 and not this year because we have Bitcoin halving this year, if you check previous bull runs it has happened the following year of Bitcoin halving. Again this is just an though process based on previous bullrun but no one can promise or commit it would happen in 2025 only as we may see it happening this year as well but if you ask me the most probable one would be 2025.
