When your computer crashed it probably corrupted the blockchain files on disk. Now your client is downloading the blockchain again. However, your client still knows about the transactions relevant to your wallet, so that is why it shows those transactions. Without the blockchain, though, it cannot say how many confirmations they have. So it says zero.I suggest you use blockchain.info or blockexplorer.com to verify the balance in your addresses if you are worried.
That is the most likely problem. If this persists, restart your client with the -rescan flag to force the client to completely rescan the blockchain.
