Exchanges are running out of coins, it's simple, they are a scare commodity. Right now there are only 10.7 million in existence, and if more than 10.7 million people in the world want a bitcoin and are willing to pay for it, the price will skyrocket because of it.

If people are indeed buying or sending ~$900,000 USD worth of bitcoins to AVALON in order for batch #2, keep in mind that AVALON must convert this amount into currency to pay their suppliers for parts.
