GL moving that thing as a fresh register. Even with escrow LoL is one of the most notorius games to "sell" your account then reclaim it a few days later. Most professional account sellers/traders won't even middleman LoL accounts. That's how bad it is.

You need 50 lvl 10 referrals. Extremely few accounts achieved this many referrals (Most that achieve this many go on to achieve 1000+). Not only that but these accounts aren't incredibly active, as they are often from semi-pro gamers who have their subscribers sign up through League, who have moved on to other games.
Rusty Blitzcrank
Rusty Blitzcrank is one of the only non-limited edition event skins to be removed from the store, ostensibly because of low quality, as it was almost identical to his basic skin. Because of it being basically the same as his original skin, very few people bought it during the event.

Pax TF
Given out at Pax 2009. Only 20,000 copies of the card were printed, and most of them are found on the outside trash bin as back than it's just an advertisement of a game. Unused cards with Pax TF codes are available on ebay and some sites.
