Day to day price change doesn't mean anything, price of bitcoin is too volatile so it can go up/down by $100 within few hours like few hours ago today. Price have crossed $1300 from $1200 and than corrected back to current $1250 range. Hype and speculation about bitcoin ETF approval is quite high right now which could be the major reason for price moves like this.

Very hard to say where the price will go in short term but future in bright for bitcoin. The short term trend will greatly depend on the ETF approval or rejection. Expect some correction to $900 levels if ETF is rejected and if approved we may see bitcoin at $3000 or more this year end.
I do not know many people are saying that bitcoin may go to the value lower than 1000$ from the present amount now. Just checked the amount today it is been 1250$. This is massive amount bitcoin price history. Every weekend we can little bump in the chart in some years, but this week it moves more than 100$ in a day.
From now, I think the price will increase slowly day by day until it will be 1500$ in few months. I will save a part of my weekly profit until this period when bitcoin price grow up. I hope that will be more than 1500$ in the end of this year.

Very hard to predict where the price will go in short term but there's good future for bitcoin. The short term trend will greatly depend on the ETF approval or rejection. Because, now a days lot of people can find the benefits of Bitcoin. Many peoples had already started mining, trading etc, to increase their Bitcoin savings/holdings.
I do not think that the price will exponentially explode even if the ETF is approved. It will get higher as an immediate effect but just by a few hundred dollars maybe. Scaling, long confirmation time and other issues need to be resolved first before we see bitcoin's price exploding exponentially.

Since the US IRS considers Bitcoin a commodity/equity in its treatment and we are paying gain taxes on that already (short & long-term), then the SEC better jump on board and start its regulation with this ETF being a first step. They have no reason not to validate the IRS's stance of validity and help protect us as citizens/consumers with them at least having a seat at the table and providing us with more legit investment options.

The price went quite a bit higher a couple of days ago - I don't think the price has any chance of going exponential unless block size issues are resolved and the ETF is approved - this mix between a convenient deflationary currency for ordinary people and potential FOMO from rich investors could result in a huge surge.
Still, that's a sequence of scenarios which could possibly happen in the next few months, if we're lucky.

The price of bitcoin will surge if ever ETF is going to approve by SEC. Im very optimistic that it would be a good news for us though the decission are still not announced. The last time i see the percent of chance was 75%. So we have good chance that it would be approved. Tye price of bitcoin will soar high if ever SEC approved it. We see that the price is starting to pump again. Seems they dont want to miss the train.
Agree on this one but we should not forget the chances that they would neglect or they will deny etf but basing on the the community itself seems like approval does really have big chance and we do all bitcoin users do love to see bitcoins price would even touch new higher highs on its price.

average out nicely over a year or longer. It is very volatile in the short term, but we see a gradual increase over a longer period. This is what we

Not exponential, it has now returned to a point of similar value compared to what it had just over a week ago right now.The most recent increase in value has primarily been from speculation about the ETF application and what will happen with it, and assuming it gets approved there is a lot of money for a lot of people that can be made incredibly quickly. All that we have to keep looking for is the decision on te ETF and whether or not to buy or sell before the rest of the market catches up.
It will probably be a game of seconds for serious investors.

That's a good question. If the ETF is approved I think we could see a big spike. Up until now Bitcoin has been attractive mainly to geeks and technology people that appreciate the fundamentals of it. With an ETF the audience opens up to people who just have a lot of money sitting around looking for a place to earn a return. That market is huge. I think there could be a spike on the news, but the real action might come over the following months.
