They burn all the remaining coins and make the price almost same as it was in the ICO and list in an exchange and give them some coins for listing. The price will drop initially when they list it on the exchange and it takes around 2-3 months to exceed the price that was in the ICO and some people will sell it and it again drops and later it will increase with the increase in trading.

if ICO doesent hit target cap in ICO how will that affect price when it hits exchange?
and how will it affect if they burn all unsold tokens?
The burn of the unsold token means the total supply will be less and that gives a lot of the possibility to pump the coin will much more easier rather than all of the supply will be issued by the developers. As you can see some tokens in the coinmarketcap which burn the unsold token.

Good point their and if the aim doesnt hit in the ICO, the price would be lower that would was imagined when it is on the market. I could see that if some that bought the token are expecting a good or at least a profitable price. But maybe the shortage of ICO would mean that they werent able to meet some qoutas and it could mean that their arent many people who bought their token.

It seems to me that it may raise the price, because if the coin will be used anywhere else, then it will be the demand and the supply will be less. IMHO

If an ICO not sold out due to it wasn't doing much promotion, in which case, there is a chance that when it's listed it might actually generate public interest and cause the price to go up. But for a well promoted and funded ICO, a lot of these get dumped when listed and didn't recover to the ICO price for a long time.

In the first day price will rise then some pre-sale owners sell their bonus for less and this will be a dump.
So if the project is good its good time to buy in this dump. but if its a fail everybody sell their tokens " panic sale"

Yep, this sounds right. I didn't account for the initial dump when it hits the exchange. People always dump, no matter what the coin is. So, if you truly have faith in it, you buy more at the cheap prices for extra profit when it rises back up.

Burning all unsold tokens should increase the price because by dropping the supply, the demand will be higher and the price should go up to compensate. If it doesn't hit its target in the ICO, I'd imagine that the price would be lower than expected when it reaches market. My reasoning is that those investing in the ICO would be expecting a certain price if the target is hit, but since the target wasn't hit, that shows lack of support for the coin, and would lower the price. Just my opinion though.
