Noob Question: What's a goomboo trader?

Apparently trading on the ema 10/21 crossovers. Not exactly the most sophisticated system, but lots of people use similar ones with the result of strong positive feedback on volatility.
They are currently paralyzed because we are sitting on both of the averages. Other indicators agree with the stalemate situation. Once we start trending, all these traders will hop on and we'll see some decent movement.
