update.....after letting it sit for a matter of minutes it went to 0.307150 Val/h

Running everything on Windows 7 and downloaded the ypool.net Mine Manager and jhPrimeminer, registered and entered my API and it started running w/ no issue. Mine Manager says I am using 4 cores.
Now I just don't know what I'm looking at. My PPS is around 4000 +/- 200, is this even close to being fast enough to mine some Prime? The one thing that has me worried is it says Val/h: 0.00000 .....which to me reads your value per hour is 0, is that right?
