I dont get it, why people dont trust newbie users but trust older members??
Because a newbie has nothing to loose if not honouring his promise, while a full member may loose his chance to participate in signature deals if he gets red trust. I don't necessarily trust older members, let alone a newbie.

This is some kind of reverse giveaway. If somebody loses 1BTC, you get more than that by referral and you'll give back some pennies.
Put the money with a trusted escrow at least as the people (who wager 1 BTC) don't just click the ref link and do that. even if you wanted people to just register they wouldn't trust a 1 post newbie.
If he put an escrow, I put a robot to keep my account always playing.
