Hm, why knowing the only Username of signed up referal is bad for privacy?

I want to reward referals with tips after they sign up. It will improve retention, and will make whole experience more smooth for newbies.
Obviously, I want to reward only those of referals, who made a deposit and played, so they show loyalty to gambling website (Primedice in my case).

think eldrin explained it pretty well, the site doesn't like players to incentivise others to join
offering rackeback for those who joined under their affiliate, ask them about the reasons for such a stance if you wish so
but it is what it is
I can't think of a casino that would disclose full stats on your affiliates including nicknames and wagered amounts to be honest
why don't you request a screenshot of your affiliate deposit and wagered amounts, granted they can be photoshoped, but still...

Hi, there's no way you can track your referrals, Primedice respect the privacy of their players.
not just primedice ,, even almost all sites are unlikely to give their players referrals data to anyone except their owners ,, and I think it will be a nonsense that will not work out.

Fortunejack with their affiliate program actually does give this info. It shows how much they wagered, how much they made/lost and everything.

It only shows the username and not anything else private like Full name or email.

Usernames are always almost public and can be made up, hence really no privacy issue there.

Freebitco also allows users to see how many referrals they got and how much each we earned from each from each of the referrals. Even though it is not a fully gambling site but they do get a hi-low game and referer can earn commission from that play as well. Also, you can donate some of your commission back to your referrals. I don't think got any issue by showing just the referral names.

Hi, there's no way you can track your referrals, Primedice respect the privacy of their players. Also, they are trying to avoid people paying illegal Rakeback to other players, normally people that is asking for know the name of the players is because they are offering Rakeback for playing under their referrals.

And for future questions, please post them in the official Primedice thread instead of creating a new thread. Thank you and best of luck! Smiley

So is this violate their regulations about giving extra cash for people to let them signed up under our referrals? If this is nothing to do with it so why not? Does not really matter if they really show who is signing under our name. We also can't so anything just with their name? So why they are keeping it as secret like it is has been their tighest security?

Rakeback?? Come on? You serious?
I asked someone to join. He joined. I will receive affiliate profit in only one case: when he will make a depo and spend some of his depo while playing.
What's illegal with 'rakeback' if I simply send him some little bonus? You afraid that I will receive 0.1% of 0.1% I earned with him?

Hi,

Is there any chance to get more info about reffered users? I.e. I need nicknames of people, who have signed up by my reflink in order to make for them some bonuses program.

you can not do that due to the privacy reasons stated above
but you can go for the "sister" Primedice casino Stake and create multiple affiliate campaigns with different codes
this way you can track the users who signed (or haven't signed under you)
for example: you create 10 links and send them out to 10 different people,a new one to each affiliate
this won't give you info on them, but allows to see if that particular user signed under your reflink or not
besides stake offers 20% affiliate and primedice only 10% Smiley
