We don't really need the tipping feature and people can still send bitcoins the old way. The faucet is a big draw to the site and it gets people hooked and interested in gambling so it wouldn't be a good idea to get rid of it.

He's already aware of the possibility that the faucet and tip feature could be abused or botted and seems to be looking at ways to control this. See some of his recent posts in the PD thread for his comments.
it is not about tipping its about cheating if you don't change the seed you can cheat! and for captacha they are numbers you can type a number in 2 seconds. Then the tipping you don't have to tip just lose to the main person account this is not easy but can be done. If you have hardworking Partners 
I was just wondering what if 2 guys team up from different country and play pvp and use faucet of primedice. they could end up getting lots of btc for nothing. Stunna can't do anything about it except he bans them but on what bases? This can be a perfect scam if even 10 people join the team a play against each other. You can easily reach the 2000 Faucet mark and if there are 10 players. 20000 Satoshi in a minute! And in 1 hour 60*20K=0.012 BTC!
I think stunna should look in this matter. And if there are more players the less the number of getting caught

1 week ago they didn't check the ip in the faucet and you could make this with multiple browsers or sandboxies, anyways doing this you can't do it with 20 accounts because you take at least 20 seconds to fill the captcha, leave a message in the chat and challenge and make it again, so it is not worth. They have put the minimum tip to 0.0005 from 0.0001 to stop abusers. I think stunna should look in this matter. And if there are more players the less the number of getting caught
