No it isn't. Primedice is "rigged", however every casino is technically rigged due to the house edge.
Yet another sore loser who doesn't know how gambling and the house edge works.

So first of all, did you verify for your bets? If you did, were there any that don't matchup? Also, primedice has a hose edge of 1%. You pretty much will always lose in the end. Switching hi and lo doesn't effect the odds, as it is an equal chance for both.
Now if verifying didn't work, then it's a actual scam. Otherwise, you were just unlucky.

Have you verified your bets yourself (check https://primedice.com/verify if you have no idea how to do so)? Also, switching between "over" and "under" helps nothing as the chance of winning is exactly the same.
i have lived this too much .. you deposit,you earn,after you start to lose,you switch between hi>lo but it doesn't change anything you lose again and again.
