You can use an IP Check and port check :-)
Check to make sure it's not a TOR NODE, or a proxy (80,8080, 3128, 9999) etc.
If this idea works, don't hesitate to send some donations ;-)

Issue is that some people do bet using VPN's. I'll see what I can do about the bonus. If we found an effective way to do it then I could raise the bonus as well.
Can't users change ports though? Or is that excessively tricky?
No.
They can't open ports if they don't own that server. But there are only certain ports that allow people to browse the site.. You can't just "CHANGE" a port.

I still can't get the free 0.0001 Bonus! 
Yeh just turned off recently I think. I think they randomly turn it off for a bit every now and again. It seems to keep coming back after a while though.
Am I so unlucky to never get it?
