Trust is a matter of perspective. Those 15 peoples may be trustworthy to you but not to any other people. Whoever that 15 people is, isnt a guarantee that Stunna might think that they are trustworthy enough to handle the support service. Email is something that is confidential to some people for me I would not want some random to send me some email in the future or spam my mailbox with nonsense. Apart from that
BTC address is something that is sensitive to some people. Stunna might not be the guy that is easy to trust someone to handle his player's email and such. References below clearly show that he valued email

Exactly . Email is personal and should not be dealt with with ease , especially in bitcoin where people want theirs privacy.
And there is also that thing , having emails of large number of gamblers can be valuable information. Spaming them emails with ref links to sites , advertisements and other shit.
Pd doesn't want that , and that is the reason its taking so long for them to trust somebody with that info.
