.xyz domains are registered for even free so i doubt if you have spent even 10$ for registering each of them.

It doesnt matter how much i paid for them ..
The .com version now are keywords,so ranked on that keywords will bring visitors for sure.
You can use that keywords and you can buy new domains on many extensions,the problem is that .xyz is much easy to remember than other.
