The point is moot.  Unless you own a foundry, PCB shop, and have all the proprietary information regarding the ASICs you need (which are harder to get than hen's teeth), this is yet another useless thread.

You're not going to make your own ASIC miner, period, unless you're sidehack!

Only BitFury has ever released schematics and PCB layouts for their miners and even then that is only for ones using 28nm chips. That is available at a github repository. NO maker of modern miners has released information on their gear. Hell, Bitmain never even released the data sheet for their latest chip whereas in the past they at least gave us that.
