That actually is a good idea and heres why. Usually with this stuff, if it comes to a problem, you simply cant prove to them it was delivered. This way, you send it with insured post service and voila, theres at least a part of needed proof.

You can prove a piece of paper was delivered. That's about all...

BTC note doesn't have to be this big.
I think, business card size is about right.
It can also be in portrait (considering current design is 'landscape')
