such a large number of projects. it's hard to choose to participate let alone identify the scammers or not. and a large number of resources, where all new laid out.

the idea is interesting. I've changed a lot of things. example took was registering everything. personally, I auto-pay all this. terribly upsetting. can be to do all take a closer to people. so you just go with everything to see to write their registration.

Ahaha there are so many ads of pools, they all need to start with primablock links and other proofs of payed tokens. Does anyone really join it and pay? I am still not sure if I trust 2 pools that I use even if I was invited by my friends. I trust only those pools that created by well-known in crypto guys and those guys have strong money background  Every 100-1000 ETH in someone's hands is always a reason for doubt and temptation...

You need to choose ICO who have been analyzed with due diligence by analysts and do not invest in pool syndicate that can steal your money. There is 60 pages resport research!!

Can there be few trusted people to rate the ICO presales from the group? of course we have to do our own research but would it be possible to have some rating from expierenced, trusted, wise people from the group as a reference. you need trust the group and research must be done before entering the group.

The purpose for pool is to pool together to invest. U dont need 100k ppl. U just need a few hundred of people who can invest to invest together n get bigger bonus or allocation.

If you really are serious, than recruiting through bitcointalk is not the way to go about doing it.

Here are some areas of concern:
If you have enough capital to make an investment pool profitable, then you should have enough resources to create at least a website and increase your online presence.
If you are just, "starting out" then you should network face to face and start with a small group of people.  After your small group of trusted individuals have a track record of success, then think about recruiting.
You should have documentation that shows your track record of success.

The last one is: Are pools even really that beneficial?
For the ones in the pool with the higher percentage of funds to contribute, I can see that, but lets say someone can only put in 1 eth to an ico.  The presale calls for a minimum of 15 eth to contribute.  That extra bonus percentage will then be distributed evenly amongst everyone or calculated according to how much they put in the pool?

Yes, I myself thought about finding a group like the one you say. But, how have I confidence that I can trust the founders? To transfer money to people, which I do not know, it's not for me, unfortunately. If I were advised by a reliable friend or forum participant with a very high reputation, then I could take a chance. However, in my opinion this is extremely risky.

Why do it private? It is not profitable for project developers.

Participating in public token sales is becoming more difficult. We have recently created a private pooling group where we will try to get the best deals in the earliest stage of the most promising projects.
