I didn't get you. You mean change address? If yes, isn't change address(es) shown when running listaddressgroupings?

Thank you! Got it. After he deletes wallet.dat and open core, a new wallet will be created. It is unlikely to delete newly created wallet.dat file but I understand what you said. It is indeed logical.
