I can change my ip always I wan't right?

Yes they have 18 servers which you can switch between (US, UK, Switzerland,Netherlands, Canada, Germany, France, Sweden, Romania and Hong Kong)

Sounds good.
I will check other optinons now but this far this seems the best.

Okay, that sounds good.
Is there some other VPN which would be even more secure?
If not  I might just use privateinternetaccess.

If FBI or something ask for info do privateinternetaccess staff tell it to them?
They say they dont keep logs so they have nothing to give.

That's rather misleading. If there's an active FBI case, they don't need to review the logs -- they can literally just watch his connections go.

It's actually quite scary, cause if there's an open case (which there can be, very, very easily), the FBI can go to privateinternetaccess and ask for them to capture all your connections. Once they capture all your connections / IP address / everything, you're kinda boned.

Of course the FBI could already have stuff setup with privateinternetaccess -- "If someone connects to this site, start logging their traffic -- all of it". Even connecting to the site via HTTPS still exposes the site headers.

I answered OP based on the info given by privateinternetaccess.
