You should probably give them some more time. Around 24 to 48 hours, if nothing comes up then you can get back here and update us. I have seen a few complaints about privcoin in this past few days but the complainants would come back and update that their issues got resolved after contacting support.This is also a reminder to always first do some background checks on a service you have used for a while before seeing your BTC there, even if you trusted it in the past. You might blindly send your funds there only to find out later that the service closed down a while ago. Let's be very responsible when it comes to our own money
