What version of the wallet are you using? I think the wallet.dat might be corrupted or not supported with your current electrum version.
If you are using an old version of electrum you can try to use the latest version and restore it again with your wallet.dat then if it doesn't work the only way that you can recover your wallet back is to use your backup seed phrase or private keys.
If you don't have them it's impossible to recover your wallet.

Hello everybody, I have a problem with electrum, everytime i want to open my wallet, electrum shut down, I created an other wallet and ther eis no problem with the other wallet, electrum open with no problem, the problem is that I have money in the wallet I can't open, how can I do ?
