Have you checked your phone's date and time?

2 factor authentication is usually based on time. This means that if the time on your phone is wrong, the codes you generate won't be valid. Make sure your date and time is up to date before generating the code.

Nobody here could help you. I too was unable to verify my code with their authentication and the only help would be to contact their support. First check this help article: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2488794-troubleshooting-2-factor-authentication

Send them an email: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/emails/new

I have already created an account and can log in. However, every time after I log in, I get a screen from Coinbase with a header "My name - Your account is valuable"
"We are requiring an upgrade of your two-factor authentication for the following reasons: "

I then click on NEXT.

On the next screen (SETUP), Coinbase gives me a Secret Seed and some more instructions. I then click on NEXT.

On the next screen (COMPLETE), Coinbase gives me a QR code and below that it says:

"1. Install your preferred authenticator ...
2. Scan the QR code ...

Enter a token from the authenticator in the box below to confirm..."

I installed Google Authenticator on my cell phone. It reads the QR code correctly and gives me a number. However, no matter which number I put in, I get the message from Coinbase:

"That code was invalid. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists".

I have tried this several times and gave up. I would appreciate any help from anyone.
