I have the software they sent me and the firmware they sent me to unlock the T3. I doubt the firmware would work, but I would send it to you if you would want to try.
I have the same problem and I sent a message to Innosilicon to find information and a solution. They have not given it to me, I have 3 out of 4 miners useless due to the same problem, and I discovered that with a software called "SecurityTool" you extract the DNA of the machine to send it to Inno and receive an UNLOCK FIRMWARE from them.
My equipment is second-hand and that's why they say they can't help me, it's honestly nonsense. They ask me for a purchase ID with them so that they listen to me
I'm worried, I've tried everything and the more time passes I lose money.

first of all, i recently join this amazing helpful forum, would like to thank developers and members who help others finding solution you guys are amazing.
second, i am having the same issue, from my humble understanding if the control board is hack you will not be able to use another firmware, i have successfully managed to use back the original firmware from inno after trying several firmwares until i found one which override the previous one, anyhow when i try to change the pool it says successful but in the bottom it says please note miner is using fixed pool setting. latest i came to know i need unlock firmware if any has it please share it
if anyone can advise how to remove this setting, i've been trying for a week now

Those were pulled from farms that were in China and many of those they sold had been locked down to prevent hacking but the locks were never removed when they were 'refurbished'. Ref this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57751708
You will need to contact Innosilicon who will send a bit of software to get the DNA id of the miner, you then send Inno the data and they will provide software to unlock the miner.

Was there ever a solution found for this?
Also, don't forget to check if the pool you set has extra spaces because it won't save if there are extra spaces. So delete them if you found extra spaces when pasting a pool.
Also, try to use the software from Innosilicon to change the pool you can download it from here below

Check the notice from the image it says "currently using fixed pool settings" it means even you set any pool it will automatically change back to the old pool everytime you change it.
Also, try to use the software from Innosilicon to change the pool you can download it from here below

You are either using/entering wrong pool/worker details or the miner is hacked, try these pools settings

If that doesn't work, it's very likely you have a hacked firmware, did you just buy this miner from someone else?
I am having a hard time understanding the language, do you mean that when you input the pool settings, click save and then when you refresh the page your pool details are gone and you see the default pool settings?

hi. I had problem with t1 , I configured it for enter pool , not save and return to default , I tasted some pool but not work , please help me , I did rest factory and update last Version , but not work it Huh.
