1st you must understand what is stale and rejected share.
Stale is correct share but you are late someone else allready solved that share. It can cause if network bad but your ping is good. 2nd is your hashrate is too low. You have 30mhs and you are mining on ethermine which is pplns system 4000mhs difficulty. You must find another pool or you must have at least 100mhs speed.
Rejected share is incorrect share happens due to high OC
Ethermine just went upto 4295MH. My 3070 is fine still the 1070 isnt liking it much thou. At 4000MH 1070 was okay still, now it does maybe 20mh or so at pool i think when running 27.3mh/s.

Most of my rigs are showing 4295MH.  One of my 1070 rigs is showing still 4.000G and is still getting shares accepted.  Maybe will change on reboot.  Havent noticed any change in hash rate...still 2.7Ghs. Still under 1% stale and 0 rejects.

Hello rdluffy, actually when the app tells me that the rig has died, I do to turn on the screen but it is black so I have to restart it and radeon tells me that it has reset the cards. I have 4 rx 580 8gb and an xfx always 8gb use phoenix miner 5.5c with windows 10. as for amd software I use the 21.1.1 as overclock use mhz 1200 mv 900 mhz 2120 mv 880. I didn't change the bios of the cards. what do you advise me? Thank you very much

The message of Radeon Software reseting the cards is usually because overclock, too much overclock on memory, or low voltage in memory are the most commom

As users already said, try to reduce memory frequency and rise the voltage, then if your system not crashes again, you can refine reducing a little voltage, and increase the memory frequency, little by little.

It's not easy to deal with and keep running 4 or 5 polaris cards, so don't push too hard, and my opinion here is: give more power to your cards to have a more stable system, more time you are online, more gains in this bull market, sometimes it's better to have them running 24/7 with only a few watts more, or even with less Mhs instead of have your rig crashing and losing a lot of shares offline trying to find the sweet spot.

Seems like your overclocks are the problem causing your rig to crash. Follow this guide and it will help you set them correctly.

Your cards cause the crash. go down to 1150mhz on core and 2050mhz on memory. See for 24hours if stable go up your memory 2070-2090 like that.if crash happens on 2050mhs then increase mem voltage to 920-940mv

The pool doesn't have the power to crash your rig, I mine with phoenix miner + ethermine too, and if I have some problem with connection, miner will try to connect again, not crashes.

Can you share more info about your rig?
How many cards do you have, OS, overclock, miner version etc

Most of the time, system crashes due to bad overclock, windows 10 messing with updates, and bad risers.

Sounds like you don't know what you are doing or probably you don't know how to configure phoenix miner, as a newbie I suggest you download nicehash mining software

Hello everyone, I'm undermining eth on ethermine with phenix, it's been three days that keeps disconnecting and crashes the system, does it happen to you too? it seems like that the pool takes you away

Thanks
