maybe some gpu already dead causing crashing all rigs, or bad ram happen lately, many crap ram hitting market these day

and recomend using 8gb ram above 6 gpus, or could be software issue, yeah nothing smooth when mining with old gpus specially with polaris series

Using 2 gpus or more can overload sata and molex cables, burn can occur at the psu socket where you plug those modular cables.

a riser/riser cable with issue or a gpu with issue can hang the system...rx 570 are old, issues are a possibility.

1200W will run 6 570’s no issue.  Ive got a dozen rigs with 1200w and 6-8 570s in them.

I assume you might use windows and didnt underclock your gpus.
So pulling 6 x ?? >200 Watt ?? each gpu overloads the power supply.

If this is not the case we need more infos.
No. If the load on the power supply exceeds the maximum, the power supply will shut down.
Seasonic is one of the best PSUs in the world, I can't believe that 2 PSUs won't handle the load of 6 RX 570 video cards.
The problem must be looked elsewhere.

Start 1 gpu each with the miner.
Check if you connected only 2 gpus each sata / Molex cable.
No overclocking.

I would have asked for the miner software you are using but since you made mention of Nicehash then something is wrong somewhere, to limit confusion it's better to remove all the graphic cards and start trying with one single graphic card and lets see if it will mine or not

Hello Together
I´m new here. I hope someone can help me. I have trouble with my mining rigs and I don´t know why.
Here are the hardware

1. Rig
1 * Asrock H110+ Pro BTC
1 * G3930 Intel Prozessor
1 * 4GB Ram
1 * 1200 Watt Power Seasonic
6 * Riser Cards
6 * AMD Radeon RX 570
1 * 128 GB Sata
(First i Tried with 8 GPU´s but I think 1200 Watt is to low for 8 GPU´s so I removed 2 GPU´s)

2. Rig
1 * Asus Mining Expert B250
1 * G3930 Intel Prozessor
1 * 4GB Ram
1 * 1200 Watt Power Seasonic
6 * Riser Cards
6 * AMD Radeon RX 570
1 * 128 GB Sata

Both Rigs are freezing when I try to start them (only start the Rig without mining or anything). I tried anything to run with Ubuntu, Windows 10, NiceOS.
What could be the reason ? Not enough RAM (?), Not enough Power (?) , CPU not good (?), I am grateful for any tip

Kind Regards Fireli

Which miner are you using??

All your hardware is enough for mining. It is strange that you have the same problem with 2 rigs. In such a way the problem can be outdoor your rig. May be problem in your mains voltage or internet connection.
But firstly of course try to start rig as a home-PC with 1 GPU.

Thank you for all the answers. Ok I will test step by step first with one GPU and then put step by step.

Since you can start the rigs without mining I'm guessing you are using the wrong miner

As far as I understand OP said:

To OP: I'm using PCs since 1999, and it's the same as always, try and error until you find the problem

6 cards rigs is the ideal number, not to much cards to give you headache, but even 6 can be a mess if you try all together, so it's better to start with only 1

Put your system to run with only 1 GPU at time, like a PC, connected to motherboard, without any riser cable, and if works, try the next card, until you test 12 GPUs
Check everything, cables, connectors, clean everything, and be sure that you're booting right on motherboard, and your OS is good

If your PC starts, run some benchmarks, memory stress tests, and run a couple of miners to be sure that the GPU is running right

Since you can start the rigs without mining I'm guessing you are using the wrong miner for a particular coin, the question I would like to ask is what algorithm you plan to mine? What is the name of the software you are currently using? If mobo is faulty the rig won't work before you will even be able to launch miner software

Your CPU and RAM are sufficient for mining tasks.
If it was 1 farm, then I would advise you to look for problems in the computer hardware, but the same problems of the two farms suggest that the problem lies elsewhere.
Write your graphics card model and memory.
Write what you mine, what miner and your miner settings

I'd suggest you to first power each rig without any GPUs and risers, only the basics: Motherboard, RAM, CPU, SSD, Power Supply and the required peripherals.
If problem persists, then the problem is either the Mobo, ram or processor.
If it's stable, in the next test, add one or two GPUs; again, if stable, repeat until the problem occurs.

Better move this topic to the mining section, there: Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Mining > Mining support. Look at the bottom left corner you'll find the "Move topic" link, right next to lock topic.
This should be in the Altcoin section: "Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Mining (Altcoins)" because a mining Rig consist of GPUs can't mine Bitcoin.

The correct path >  Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Mining (Altcoins)
Thanks to nc50lc for correcting me Smiley

Yeah, you are correct. I just saw the "Pro BTC" and I guess that got me thinking it's a btc mining rig ... Cheesy
It's Monday and just got my first cup of coffee for today.
