I bought a mining set of 20 antMiner's S7's and struggled a bit with the electricity and the heat problems but finally resolved both first the electricity by setting up there our 200 amp box with 20 switches each 15 amps and then the heat by building a box that had 20 flexible ducts connected to a tube steel duct with a massive suction fan inside it connected to my ac duct system and connected all 20 miners to that box! But now I'm struggling with keeping the miners hashing when I start them up they start Ok and I get like Max 40 Th/s total but then they start going off line one after another until I'm lift with only 2 or 3 miners with 15 Th/s Only!!! I emailed bitmain with the problem but with no support nor a reply so I hope you can help I tried also different pools and configurations like setting the fan speed to 70% as I saw on one of their factory videos when that didn't work I upgraded the software to may 23 2016 and during that I lost one of the miners because it got stuck upgrading and now is not showing at all and don't know what to do about it! also tried changing the default frequency from 700 to 600 and 525 no luck and none can keep all 20 miners up so I finally put every 5 miners on a different pool but that also did not work what do you think I'm doing Wrong or the Problem is ? please help man!!!
I'm using the Bitmain original 1600 APU PSU! + High speed Internet Huawei router that is connected to a Linksys 24 port switch!
Mostly I get 8 of the 20 devices beeping and the rest either hash ok or just hash for couple of hours or minutes and drops to 0 GH/s ?
Help guys please I'm loosing a lot per each day I'm not being able to fix this issue?
okay 20 miners on a 200 amp panel.
each miner is on a separate 15 am circuit.
first) hook up 19 miners and test the volts on the empty circuit. volts should be 208 to 240 test the volts every 2 minutes and see what they read. the psu's won't run at 207 volts or lower. so I want to see that your ac power is stable. come back when you have readings
second) is test the linksys port
third) is test the router
fourth) is test each psu
note the psu runs out of gas at 220 volts if it is hot
so if you are giving 210 volt and it is hot the psu fades in output amps
