I got it now. So at the end my transactions should be fine even no hash at the moment?
It's confirmed right now. Your transactions are appearing on the blockexplorer as well.

The set of transactions that are listed on block explorers and your nodes will confirm, and the others that aren't shown anywhere will be rejected by nodes, once they download the associated block, as if they were never made, and they'll also never appear in block explorers for this reason.

These transactions you showing me are from March 5, it is not what I sent today.
Yes, I know.

Those two transactions spends the same inputs and thus 'conflicts' with the transaction that you just sent. That explains why blockexplorers are not displaying your transaction; the transaction conflicts with another transaction in their mempool and their node will not accept and display it.

Both of them are not detected in any explorer.
Error: txn-mempool-conflict (code 18) , https://prnt.sc/10n6gp3
It sounds like you're trying to double spend inputs that are currently in another transaction.
Try entering your input address in the same block explorer. From this screenshot:
https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/16q1Fc1647whRYgZHznrsfm1NTAiDPPxhF
There's a transaction made on Feb 11 still unconfirmed (fee: 3.000 sat/B - 0.750 sat/WU). I guess Blockchain's web wallet is still broadcasting it so it didn't drop out of mempool.
Update: ranochigo types faster Tongue I'll leave this post anyway: Blockchain shows the transaction is even older than Blockchair's data.
From what I've seen this year, a double spend with a higher fee can still work. Just keep trying different tx broadcasts.

In the past weeks (since mempool is this congested), I've seen contradicting data between different wallets and block explorers. They all seem to pick one and stick to it.

Electrum did not throw error, bubble is green.

I did what you suggested and it giving error: Invalid transaction. Error: txn-mempool-conflict (code 18) , https://prnt.sc/10n6gp3

Also hash do not exist in blockchair, blockchain or any other explorer.

Unconfirmed transactions: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/95097866c8ad9c56247f93c86a1a9b813043a71874e17f23f5f173ba60dd001b

It doesn't appear on blockexplorers as the transactions that you've created with Electrum conflicts with the two transactions above, for which neither signals opt-in RBF. The Electrum node that you were using most likely already dropped the transaction, given that the minimummempoolfee is currently bigger than 5 satoshis by default implementation. Blockexplorers might not be able to see it but it's fine as long as nodes are willing to relay it; not a big issue and nothing much that you can do at this point anyways, other than moving away from Blockchain.com.

Both of them are not detected in any explorer.

Blockchain made some mess with my account. I think i work with bitcoin 6 or 7 years, I never seen something like that.
If Electrum didn't throw an error during the creation or the broadcasting of the transaction, I can't see how Blockchain.com could've messed up an address like this. At the bottom right corner, is the bubble green or red? Try clicking on it, uncheck "Select Server automatically" and select another server but right clicking and selecting "Use as server".

If not, then go to the transaction details and go to Export>Copy to clipboard and go to https://blockchair.com/broadcast, paste and click Broadcast transaction. Be sure to select Bitcoin of course.

It does not work. I trying last 7 days. When I import seeds to another wallet, I tried in Exodus, it shows only $4 that I have which is incorrect. Electrum do not accept these seeds from blockchain at all.
Have you tried to check the BIP39 option on Electrum? As far as I can remember Blockchain.com uses BIP39 for its seeds. You should be able to see the option if you choose to create a new wallet by choosing the option to import from the existing seed.

Here's a guide if you need it: https://blog.blockonomics.co/how-to-restore-blockchain-com-wallet-into-electrum-f593ec79ab3d?gi=94f31eb4e3f2.

I restored my wallet like that with full balance. Thank you so much. BUT:

I send 2 transactions to test it:

Swap also giving error: Error: Code: -25, Error: bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent
It is input error and you can get it with electrum wallet rather than a portfolio related error so you may need to adjust some things in your wallet balance.

some one have the same error on electrum https://preview.redd.it/bjbe15rsh4m51.png?width=443&format=png&auto=webp&s=7a467205420f34022de9eb3f7e8c14f0cd1ba32d
Did you any labelled address, locked address or put any conditions on it?

check your wallet balance and your all input addresses and will find some conditions make your input bad.

From this error code, you are trying to make a transaction using inputs which are not valid according to blockchain.com.

This could be due to a number of things. I do not think blockchain.com allows you to spend unconfirmed transactions, so if you have incoming coins you are trying to spend which are yet to be confirmed, then you could get this error. It could also be that you have outgoing transactions which are yet to be confirmed, and your blockchain.com wallet is trying to include those inputs in your new transaction, which it is then rejecting as a double spend. Are there any incoming or outgoing transactions in your wallet which are still unconfirmed?

Given that the mempool remains very full and backed up, then this is unlikely to resolve on its own. I would export your seed phrase to Electrum, following the instructions from BlackHatCoiner above to select a BIP39 wallet, and then attempt to make your transaction again using Electrum.

Blockchain.com probably sent your coins on change addresses and that's why this happens (I'm not 100% sure, though). From Exodus you'll have to generate change addresses. I have never tried Exodus and thus I can't help you.

Electrum do not accept these seeds from blockchain at all.
Electrum won't accept it if it's BIP39 and you haven't checked the checkbox.

"Options" --> "BIP39 seed" --> "OK" --> "Next"

Then it'll ask you to choose the type of addresses. I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly, blockchain.com doesn't have Bech32 addresses. You'll have to choose "legacy" (1...) or p2sh-segwit (3...). I don't believe that you'll have to, but in order to generate change addresses you go on console ("View" --> "Show Console") and you enter the following:

Code:
for i in range (100): print (wallet.create_new_address(True))
You can change "100" to anything you want.

Maybe they had a problem with the server or you create a fee too low for the website.

in this case, it still happens after the restart of an hour, I will import the seed or private key from blockchain.com to another wallet such as electrum (low fee) to create transactions.
