I have no idea how to move the topic. Lol.
Well, scroll down and look out the left side of your screen, you will see there lock topic and move topic.
Upon watching your video, I saw that you have only 0.005060 BTC. and you are wanted to withdraw 0.005 BTC right?. Indeed, that is obviously insufficient balance. But, as what you had said you have 0.009 BTC balance and still can't withdraw. Try to read terms and condition may be the operator denied your request due to offensive rules might happen on your account.

Thanks for the instructions on that. So there seems to be a common theme here that I must be the cause of the error or that I violated some rule of some other house friendly explanation. So I’m going to upload a few more videos and photos which make it absolutely certain that it’s the site whom is not being fully honest and or withholding my withdrawal.

So for one these are the rules when withdrawing.

For the other videos I have to get to a better connection Bc the videos keep failing failing failing and
My connection is tethered at the moment so that’s likely the reason. Give me a few minutes and I’ll get to a better connection and upload them. Then we can put the speculation to rest and hopefully I can find the mysterious admin and request my withdrawal like I had originally arranged.  We shall see.

Well, this is the downside of playing on untrusted and new dice sites that may scam the users at any moment. I hope that you will get some response from the support, but after that I also hope that you stick with industry leaders like primedice.

To move the topic you should report it

I appreciate your advice and your concerns though. Sincerely.

I hear your point. But the “industry leader” label doesn’t quite carry the same prestige as it may in other industries. in fact it may even be the opposite, in my Experience.

Most of the “industry leaders”  that Im aware of- (current and former), through my experience playing there, and doing extensive research on them, Along with some other information resources that I’ve utilized during my 4 years of crypto gaming experience have shown these bigger name sites to be just as unsafe and/or unfair if not more so that the lesser known sites.

With the little guys, they are often desperate for business and they will be paying out at a much higher rate and frequency in an attempt to snag some repeat clients and to get their name out there.

I don’t normally play dice but if I did it would never be on the site you mentioned, which I’ve held an account on their sister ‘casino’ site and I don’t have the desire nor the energy to tell you about my thoughts on that site. But they are not good.  Let’s just say that and there’s extensive data available on this. But we are getting off track. I wasn’t playing dice on this website so while your statement is mostly true it probably doesn’t really apply here. In my view.

Confirmed that COINPARADICE.io is a scam.

I won .0094
Admin won’t pay
No explanation.
Admin goes into hiding
Fake ask gamblers certificate of trust
Admin takes deposits, admin issues fake bonuses,

Admin will not payout.

Confirmed scam

Sorry for the delay. I am only person who can speak english, and this technical problem is also in my charge.
I left coinparadice.io for a while due to my family accident, so I couldn't focus on my job. Again sorry for the delay.

I checked what you claimed, and found that we couldn't find your play history in our DB. We store every game play and also error, but there's no game play which named after '7162000077'. I mean there is game play history, but not matched to your claim.

I found you played several hundred games in May 12 and May 13, 2019. You claimed that you have 0.005 bitcoins, but we only found four game plays in July 25, all played 'number'. After that in July 30, you lost all of your money.

Here I captured DB.

We don't scam people just for 0.005 bitcoins. I will try my best to help you, so please offer me more details of your account(especially your ID or Username), incident time. Thank you.

>> If you email me once again, then I will respond to you ASAP.

Unfortunately casino is something I haven't experience (just dice and football bets). But my opinion is the following: primedice is huge and has many years of good rep. Let's say you got treated unfairly, you write your report with evidences and I honestly think you will get compensated or refunded, instead of a SFYL situation.

Watching your video, your balance is 0.005006btc and you tried to withdraw 0.005 while at other side there is 0.0002 btc needed to pay the transaction fee. Is the 0.0002btc deducted from balance or from the amount you are going to withdraw? Have you tried to withdraw less than 0.005? Lets say 0.0048, just in case the fee is deducted from your balance like Stake.

First you need to move the topic to the scam accusations board. Please do it.

Back to the topic: It's pretty much clear from your video that they are not letting you to withdraw the amount. Can you give the profile link of their official bitcointalk profile? I will tag them and until they resolve the tag will stay there.

Also you can consider creating a red flag.

Once you update the OP with the profile link then feel free to PM me in case I miss it.
