Topic: Problem using Electrum to Restore Trezor (Read 812 times)
Have you tried reconnecting the trezor to the USB cable? Sometimes the Trezor does not boot properly and if I'm not mistaken the Trezor needs to be connected to set up the electrum wallet.

but adding pinmatrix.py or trezorlib.py doesn't fix the error.
