I think this is not related in bitcoin maybe he is talking about gold or he is buying in jmbullion which is accepting bitcoin as payment..

it looks very new to bitcoin forum, may be as mentioned above something related to buying euro with gold account , probably you can cantact support team for that so that they can help you on this .

Based from what the OP is writing he is a gold verified user of coinimal now Bitpanda and he always used to buy 500/600 euro worth of bitcoin (gold verified have 1000 euro daily limit) now the limit OP is saying is 350 euro. I suggest to the OP to talk to the support as maybe rules have changed and they have minimized the maximum daily amount you can buy with gold verification or you can just try to talk to support and see what happened to your account.
In my own addition to this I believe anyone who needs help must be willing to share enough information and also be active to see responses and respond accordingly which OP definitely is not doing... Maybe he is offline or the matter has been resolved, who knows?

Please do add more information regarding on your problem because it really lacks some information that are needed so that anyone who read your question would easily underrstand and would give you advice on the situation. As of now we dont know what site are you talking to but the best way would contacting their support regarding to your problem.
Actually if you don't tell us which site/exchange/service you talking about we can't help you. You better try to contact the support of the site and if there is no response from them, you can better explain about the site you talking about and how supportive the site is towards you in solving this. My opinion is not different from the other people but i somehow understand that you are talking about a site that you can buy bitcoin with fiat, the question now is which of the site ?
First you have to tell about which site you are speaking and what type of site it is. Just like that if you tell that their is a problem with my account wont solve your problem.
