You might also try moving your mem up to 200.  There may be a setting (either GPU wise or in CGminer) that doesn like your mem clock and GPU clock to be so vastly different.  I run my 5870 and 5830 with 925 and 200 settings each.

The newer CGMiner's needed to set the memory higher for some reason.  I too had set my 5xxx GPU's memory clock from 150 to 250 or 300.  But I could always overclock the engine clocks.

guys,

so my rig contains

2 x 5850
2 x 6870
7950

the problem is with the 2 5850's the clock's atm are mem 150 and 900 gpu.
when i try to put on 925 true cgminer nothing changes, any off you guys know the solution?

Q: Which AMD SDK is the best for cgminer?
A: At the moment, versions 2.4 and 2.5 work the best for R5xxx and R6xxx GPUS.
SDK 2.6 or 2.7 works best for R7xxx. SDK 2.8 is known to have many problems.
If you are need to use the 2.6+ SDK or R7xxx or later, the phatk kernel will
perform poorly, while the diablo or my custom modified poclbm kernel are
optimised for it.

Q: Which AMD driver is the best?
A: Unfortunately AMD has a history of having quite a few releases with issues
when it comes to mining, either in terms of breaking mining, increasing CPU
usage or very low hashrates. Only experimentation can tell you for sure, but
some good releases were 11.6, 11.12, 12.4 and 12.8. Note that older cards may
not work with the newer drivers.

CGminer couldn't do anything with the 5850s I ran. They were ASUS, and only ASUS Smartdoctor (a really horrible program) would work on them. Check for overclocking tools from your manufacturer and see if that works.

More info would help everyone.

Windows , Linuix , ?
Monitor , no monitor ?
New setup , Old setup, and just started happening, Huh

If Linuix , i know very little, but when i set up a rig i had trouble with clocks being wrong and it turned out to be a bad Driver install.

In cgminer when you try to set it to 925 does Cgminer show you can go that high?
