C-CEX is failing miserably, lying, ignoring customers, stealing coins and doing some very shady stiff with XVG. (Which they have 'lost' they claim).

Stay away from this exchange (at least for now).

This doesn't look good. I have the same problem, the 2FA removal link does not work.
Support cannot be contacted: "Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours."

Soon enough your issue should be solved as the C-cex account is a bit more active than most of the exchange's accounts.
I have same problem and got same reply last week, they asked me if I want to remove my account  Huh but then they told me to go to this link https://c-cex.com/?id=remove2fa but I still can't remove 2FA from my account and support always full  Undecided

I have the exact same issue since 10/2017, ive tried everything with the support, and as everyone, i only get the question about deleting my account... because 2FA reset link is not working...

How long do i need to be patient before not getting only automatic answers from the support of C-CEX ? Is there human behind the support section ?

I'm telling them that the remove 2FA is not working and the answer was removing my account with my money, it's really terrible.

I had recently activated the F2A with Google Authenticator on c-cex.com... It worked a few days and then nothing (it kept telling me that the code was wrong even when synced)...
So i decided to remove the F2A, read that i had to wait 7 days before the reactivation. Waited 8 day to be sure and it keep asking me for F2A...  Huh
Can't open ticket because "Our support ticket queue is full. Please, come back in few hours." Angry

C-CEX发给我的ETC哈希值在区块浏览器上还查询不到,支持每次的回复都一样,我想支持应该是机器人,C-CEX的服务标准也太差了 Angry

Hello,
i lost my 2FA device and now i cant acces my account on c-cex.com, i tried to remove it (https://c-cex.com/?id=remove2fa) but i cant recive email with link to delete it, i wrote to support and they told me to write "I confirm" to delete my 2FA from my account but i had to write it on the same support ticket, but how can i wrote in the same ticket? i cant find my open support tickets in c-cex.com, tried to reply in the same email, in new ticket but the support bot send me the same email..
